Frequently asked questions
We specialize in individual and small business tax preparation, tax planning, IRS issue resolution, and audit assistance. We do not handle non-profit or church filings.
You can book directly through our online booking link or join our waitlist if we are currently at capacity. We recommend scheduling early to ensure your preferred time slot.
Clients can pay in full, use a Refund Transfer for eligible individual returns, or pay via a deposit/payment plan where indicated. Refund Transfers are not available for business returns or IRS issue resolution services.
A Refund Transfer allows your tax preparation fees to be deducted from your IRS refund instead of paying upfront. Additional bank fees apply, and this service is only available for eligible individual returns.
Most individual returns are completed within 7–14 days from receiving all necessary documents. Complex returns, business filings, or IRS issue assistance may require additional time.
You’ll need personal identification, income statements (W-2/1099), prior year tax returns, receipts for deductions, banking information, and any other relevant financial statements. We provide a detailed checklist to make sure nothing is missed.
