Terms & Agreement

1. Services Provided:
Truth Tax Service, LLC provides professional tax preparation, planning, and IRS support services for individuals and small businesses. Non-profit and church filings are not included in our offerings.

2. Payment:
Payment is due as agreed in the selected package. Refund Transfer options are only available for eligible individual returns. For packages requiring deposits, the remaining balance is due before filing. All fees are subject to the stated starting prices and add-ons.

3. Client Responsibilities:
Clients agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely documentation. Failure to provide necessary documents may delay filing or impact the accuracy of tax returns.

4. Refund Transfers & Fees:
Refund Transfers are a third-party service. Additional bank fees apply. RTs are not available for business returns or IRS issue services. Clients are responsible for understanding these fees before opting in.

5. Confidentiality:
All client information is kept confidential and is only used for the purpose of preparing taxes or providing related services. We adhere to all federal and state privacy and data protection regulations.

6. Accuracy & Compliance:
While we prepare returns with the highest standard of accuracy, clients are responsible for reviewing their returns and providing accurate information. Our team prepares all returns in compliance with IRS laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability:
Truth Tax Service, LLC is not responsible for penalties, interest, or additional taxes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. Services provided are for preparation and guidance only; final responsibility rests with the client.

8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from services will first be addressed through informal discussion. If unresolved, mediation may be sought before legal action.

9. Acceptance:
By booking services with Truth Tax Service, LLC, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
